Session Fees
Out-of-network fees are $150 per 55 minutes. A $30 fee will be applied for specialized letters for gender confirmation, return to work, short-term disability and FMLA.
Payment
Woodcrest Counseling accepts BCBS, United Healthcare and Aetna insurance. Accepted forms of payment are cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
We will happily verify benefits and communicate regarding all financial matters. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about coverage.
Insurance Information Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by calling the member services number on your insurance card and asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is a pre-authorization required from the insurance company?
